Sodding

We offer sodding installation on all size jobs.  Using primarily Kentucky Bluegrass sod (we also have turf type tall fescue sod available per request), we do everything from small repair work to large commerical projects.  Every sodding job has many different variables so feel free to contact us for your FREE estimate.

Seeding is a less expensive alternative to sod.  However, it requires more maintenance over a longer period of time. Seeding can take up to 18-24 months to fully establish.

 

We offer:

Slit Seeding (over seeding) -  Drill Seeding - Hydro Seeding

Pick Up:

We offer sod to be picked up at our location on NW 2nd Ave. Make sure to call ahead to check availabilty. Appointment neccessary for pick-up during the week.  

 

Delivery:

We offer delivery of sod within the central Iowa.

Grading is an important part of the process.  It ensures that you have proper water drainage and the area is free of debris and vegetation.
